Member Subscriptions

Interface

The Subscriptions interface allows you to view and manage all subscriptions on your website from a single place, without needing to navigate through individual member profiles.

By hovering over the username of a member, you can choose to Edit or Delete their subscription. Editing allows you to modify the subscription details, while deleting will permanently remove the subscription from the system.

The Subscriptions list can be filtered using various criteria such as name, status, payment gateway, start date, expiration date, next payment date, etc. Below, you can find a more in-depth overview of the information and search criteria available on this page.

• Search feature: users can search the list by Subscription ID, Username, or Subscription Plan title.
• Username link: clicking on a username takes you to that specific member’s page.
• Sorting feature: the list can be sorted by ID, Username, Subscription Plan, Start Date, and Next Payment Date.
• Next Payment Date: the date shown in this column may represent either the Expiration Date or the Next Billing Date, depending on the subscription type.
• Type column details: In addition to the actual Subscription Type, this column may also display extra information such as Gift, Group, Installments, or Active Trial. Also, clicking on the Group name redirects you to the Group Settings page.
• Filter By: A comprehensive Filter menu that allows you to view subscriptions matching specific criteria.

Bulk Cancel or Delete Members

You can cancel or delete multiple subscriptions at once by selecting them and using the corresponding options from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
