Links in Checkbox don't work in new version

Robert	I have the new 1.1.13 PBP running on WP 3.2.1. The links in the checkbox description still don’t work correctly. Here is the verbiage that I put in the checkbox description: `By clicking the "Register" button below, I certify that I have read and agree to the a href="http://www.XXX.com/XXX-access/terms-and-conditions/"Terms and Conditions /a and a href="http://www.XXX.com/XXX-access/privacy-and-comment-policy/" Privacy and Comment Policy /a.` I would be happy to send a screenshot of what it looks like if requested. The have been taken out because I can’t get the code markup to work properly.
