Hi John,

I can’t really tell without seeing the live site.

However, I’ve noticed you have *width:205px; This declaration is taken into account by IE6 and IE7 alone due to the * in front of it. Try and remove the * and see if that works.

I tried selective implementation on the child theme. It is for the header logo and the advt banner. The advt banner shows up, but the logo doesn’t. Here is the code:

The functions.php is same as yours but I added:

function remove_stuff() {
remove_action(‘thematic_header’,'thematic_blogtitle’,3);
remove_action(‘thematic_header’,'thematic_blogdescription’,5);
}
add_action(‘init’,'remove_stuff’);

to it.

Logo is at images folder. Kindly let me know why the logo is not visible?

Hello Clare,

to be honest we never really tried that out (the WPML I mean), but it does change the language when the theme requests it.
What we could do if you decide to purchase it and try it out, is to give you a refund if the WPML translation doesn’t work.

EDIT: we tried it out now, and sadly it doesn’t work as it is. We will add support for this in the near future though.
