Is it possible to translate this theme in an other language ?
Yes. The theme is completely localized. It comes with the .po and .mo English files so you can use those to generate another translation based on it.

Nice theme, I was wondering does it need Thematic theme to run?
No. This is a stand alone theme. However the HTML structure behind it is very similar with Thematic so you get the same SEO friendly structure.

Is there a way to disabled the search bar from the options?
Not from the options but it can be done with a small modification to the theme css. If you post this on the forums (http://www.cozmoslabs.com/forums) I’ll be happy to guide you through.
Is it just me or its really way too similar to Woothemes’s OverEasy eh ?
In terms of homepage layout arrangement yes. But that’s about it.

What limitations have the license?
If I buy the theme and modified it… can I sell it with another name or brand?
The theme is GPL. This means you can modify it, resell it or do whatever you want to it as long as you keep the license and the credits intact
. I’m no legal expert but that’s pretty much it!
